Team notes: Were previously known as the Bournemouth Buccaneers, but changed their name for the 1995 BAFA season. Took part in Division Two, and finished last out of the South Western Conference with a 2-7-0 record. After going 2-5, and then forfeiting two straight games the Buccs were suspended from the BAFA league for following to play the Plymouth away game for the second time in two years. BAFA commissioner Dave Quincey said, "Wessex have been suspended because they have broken various league rules. They refused to travel to Plymouth and gave less than 3 hours notice."
