Team notes: Entered the BSL in 1996, containing many ex-Leeds Cougars players. Also signed former Cincinnati Bengal, James Brooks, who was living in the UK at the time. He rushed for over 120 yards on his debut versus Cambridge Cats. He quit the club after disagreements with the management after just 2 games though. Made playoffs (where they lost out to Milton Keynes) after a 8-2-0 regular season. Entered the BIG C in 1997, and again lost out to Milton Keynes in the semi-finals.
