Team notes: Formed out of the Essex Buccaneers. Reached the playoffs in their first two seasons, where they only lost 1 regular season match. In 1995, their coach of three years, Len Scott, quit the club after internal arguments. Won the 1997 BSL Division One bowl with a 26-7 win against the Nottingham Caesars. Merged with the Essex Chiefs to form the Essex Spartans in 1999.
