Team Notes: One of the original ‘Big Five’ UK teams. Reached the Budweiser League Semi-Finals in 1986. Played some of the earliest games in the UK and had best seasons between 1984 and 1987, before standing their first conference championship in 1989. Were coached by Don Markham (who also coached Helsinki Roosters to EuroBowl II success).

Had a fantastic season in 1990, as they won 9 out of 10 regular season games, before reaching the NDMA Final, where they lost 27-25 to the Manchester Spartans. The Delaware wing offense got them to the semi-finals in 1991. Went through declining years in the mid to late 90's before folding at the end of the 1997 season. Had an extremely successful youth set-up running from 1987 to 1992, winning the Youth Kitted title in 1990 and 1991. Merged with the Bedford Bombardiers in 1995 to become the Storm Bombardiers before reverting to their known name. In 1997, their coach James Sandoval quit after just two games of the season.
