Team notes: Played in the BNGL between 1992 and 1993. Won the 1993
BNGL First Division Bowl with a 51-14 win against Redbridge Fire. The
chairman was the father of current Nottingham Caesar's WR Ian McCartney. Promoted to BAFA
Div.2 for the 1994 season, they pulled out after a pre-seaon loss to North Sea Hurricanes,
despite having a squad of 32. Team Boss Tom McCartney explained, "We lost fullback
Ricky Kennedy and we simply couldn't revamp the offense in a week." Star player Gio
Visconi had already moved to the Nottingham Hoods
