Team Notes: After a series of rows between the Ipswich Cardinals and their Junior set up, the two management teams never patched their differences, with both Head Coaches being proud men,  and at the end of the 92' season, at the end of season celebration for winning the division, it was decided that the juniors would change it's name to reflect the association with the Bentwaters Phantoms, who a large amount of kit had been acquired from aswell as the coaches and players that had joined the team from the base, from the inception in 1990. Unfortunately the financial side of things was not in place and after a number of the players and coaches families were posted back to the States, after the closure of the base at Bentwaters, the team were not able to fund themselves and the team disbanded before playing any games in 1993.
