Team Notes: Formed as a passball team in 1988 with personnel from local teams including the defunct Ashton Oilers. Their experienced personnel gained them acceptance into the Crown National division of the CGL despite never playing a game together before. They proved capable adversaries and finished with a 6-4-0 record in that season. Reached the NCMMA final in 1990. Youth team formed after a merger between the Elm Park Eagles and the Chelmsford Cherokee. Youth team sent 4 players to the GB Crusaders team.
