Team Notes: Previously known as the Cardiff Tigers, finished top of the Budweiser Premier Division South West Conference ahead of the Bristol Packers in 1988. Sponsored by Capital Windows (hence the name). Won first two play-offs matches before losing 34-33 to the Colchester Gladiators in a memorable semi-final. Transformed into the Cardiff Tigers again in 1989. Coached by former NFL quarterback Steve Pisarawicz.
